I keep thinking about the mysterious appearance of the Jinn a few weeks ago as I readied myself for work. I was so ignorant of the Jinn that when the first one appeared, a blue muscular man, I first thought - he looks like a genie or like Mr. Clean. When he identified himself as Jinn, I thought he was referring to himself as the king of the water spirits. I vaguely remembered a book I read as a teenager something about each faction of elementals having a “king” one of them was names Djin I thought. Since he was entirely blue and I associate blue with the water elementals, I thought that’s what he was, king of the water elementals.
