29 Pisces - The Critical Neptune Return of the Civil War

If you’ve been paying attention to online astrologers (and me), you’ve heard about the Pluto return. Some astrologers who were not as versed in political astrology or history have been online telling everyone we were going through our Pluto return a few years back when Trump was in office. This led people to believe we were going through the worst of the changes. I repeatedly explained that the Pluto return to our Declaration of Independence was not when our government was formed. What astrologers were referring to was the chart of the Declaration of Independence. It is the conception date of our democracy, not the birth date when the government was formed. We don’t do charts for when someone gets pregnant. We do them when the child is born.

The Declaration of Independence chart has interesting things to add and is valuable for understanding what and why we went to war for our independence, but it isn’t when we became a functioning country. That came later when our government was formed on September 17, 1787. This was when the constitution governing our country was ratified and signed. The U.S. Constitution Signing chart is the chart political astrologers use to determine what’s happening in our country. In that chart, we still have a Pluto return coming, the real one. All of what we are going through now is the lead-up to that return.
